DESCRIPTION

INTERSAN washfountains offer the ultimate in flexibility for design and layout of public washrooms. An optimal solution can be found for any specific use: light or heavy industry, schools, laboratories, offices, workshops and places accessible to the public.

The heavy duty 16 gauge stainless steel type AISI 304 washfountains combine a pedestal, parabolic bowl, water distribution column, sprayhead and soap dispenser into a system designed plumbing fixture. The black powder coated steel or stainless steel conical pedestal versus conventional multi-part pedestals, results in maximized stability, while permitting easy access for wheelchair use. The fixtures are preplumbed, thus making them easy to install. All materials are of the highest quality.

The INTERSAN washfountains are not only functional, durable and maintenance friendly but they also offer remarkable water and energy savings and long lasting aesthetic appeal. The self-draining and self-cleaning bowl always keeps a SANISPRAY® clean and hygienic.

The availability of circular, semi-circular and corner models helps the designer to make an efficient layout of the washroom and the wide variety of collective and individual control systems permits to satisfy specific users needs.

MODE OF OPERATION

Mechanical Individual (Sectional)

These systems allow each user to activate their individual spray nozzle as follows:

• Individual stainless steel hand pushbutton (less than 5 lb. activation)

• Individual floor mounted foot pushbutton

• Dual control - hand and foot

Mechanical Collective (Non-Sectional)

These systems allow each user to activate a sprayring as follows:

• Sprayring with individual hand pushbutton control

• Sprayring with individual footrail control

• Sprayring with dual control (hand pushbuttons and footrail)

OPTIONS

• Soap System

- Type AISI 304 stainless steel soap tray for bar soap with drained rim.

- Liquid soap dispenser with 4 (for circular model) liquid soap valves.

- A powder soap dispenser with 4 lever mechanisms.

• Stainless Steel Pedestal
The standard black powder coated steel pedestal can be substituted by a stainless steel pedestal.

• Wall Hung (Semi-Circular and Corner Models without foot control)
Especially designed for applications where no pedestals can be installed. Includes a sturdy wall mounting frame and stainless steel skirt hiding all plumbing connections.

• Thermostatic Mixing Valve

• Stainless Steel Shroud and Towel Dispensers
